Nalani is a painter and an award-winning animator based in Los Angeles. Her large-scale paintings and surreal illustrations carry over into her animation, which centers on stop-motion and traditional hand-drawn techniques. Best known for her original animated works for the legendary band Boris and musician Domino Kirke, she brings a distinct, experimental vision to every project. With a background in fine art, animation, and miniature set building, she has collaborated on commercial projects for clients like Honda, Fisher Price, and Apple. Her approach to animation and painting has shaped a unique, eye-catching style rooted in expression.
